- Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all addresses within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. We also support shipping to APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.
- Note: International shipping is currently unavailable.
- Order Cut-Off Time
All shipping timelines are based on Eastern Standard Time (EST).
- Order Cut-Off: 5:00 PM (EST), Monday – Friday.
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM (EST) on Friday or during the weekend will be processed starting the following Monday.
- Shipping Rates & Methods
We provide a simple, transparent flat-rate shipping fee with no hidden handling costs.

- Processing & Delivery Timeline
Your total wait time is calculated as: Processing Time + Transit Time.
- Order Processing Time: 1 – 2 Business Days (Monday – Saturday). This includes order verification, quality check, and packaging.
- Transit Time: 2 – 7 Business Days (Monday – Friday).
- Total Estimated Delivery Time: 3 – 9 Business Days.

- Missing or Damaged Packages
If your package is marked as “delivered” but you cannot find it, or if your items arrive damaged, please contact us at support@recodelife.com within 7 days of the delivery date.
- We will investigate with the carrier and provide a reshipment or refund as necessary.
