- 60-Day Return Window
We offer a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return. Requests submitted after this period will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
- Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Condition: The item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unwashed, and unused, with original tags attached.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation email is required.
- Non-Returnable Items: Personalized items, custom-made products, and gift cards are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email our support team at support@recodelife.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return.
- Review: We will review your request within 1–3 business days.
- Ship the Item: If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- Return Shipping Costs
- Damaged/Incorrect Items: If the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or wrong item sent), Recodelife will cover all return shipping costs.
- Customer Preference: For returns due to change of mind or incorrect size selection by the customer, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping fees.
- Refunds & Processing Timeline
- Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your return (usually within 2–3 business days), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.
- Timeline: It may take up to 14 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank account or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.
- Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. For size or color exchanges, please contact us at support@recodelife.com within the 60-day window.
- Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- We will require clear photos of the damaged item to process a free replacement or full refund.
- Reports for missing items must also be submitted within 7 days of the “delivered” status.
