Order Adjustment & Address Policy

At Recodelife, we strive to process and fulfill orders as quickly as possible. To ensure your items arrive accurately and on time, please review our policies regarding order modifications and address verification.

  1. Order Modification & Cancellation Window

We provide a 4-hour window from the time of purchase for customers to request any changes or cancellations. This short window is necessary because our fulfillment team begins preparing orders shortly after they are placed to meet our shipping estimates.

  • Eligible Adjustments: Change of shipping address, size/color updates, or full order cancellation.
  • How to Request: Please contact us immediately at support@recodelife.com with your Order Number and the specific adjustment required.
  • After 4 Hours: Once this window has passed, the order is sent to our processing department. At this stage, we may not be able to stop the shipment or modify the details.
  1. Shipping Address Verification

Accuracy is key to successful delivery. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and valid shipping address at checkout, including:

  • Full Name of the recipient.
  • Street address with specific Unit/Suite/Apartment numbers.
  • Correct City, State, and ZIP Code.

Recodelife is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. We strongly recommend double-checking your confirmation email immediately after purchase.

  1. Handling Delivery Issues
  • Address Errors: If an order is returned to us due to an insufficient or incorrect address provided by the customer, we will contact you. Please note that additional shipping fees may apply to reship the package.
  • Our Error: If Recodelife makes an error in processing your label or fulfilling the wrong items, we will rectify the situation immediately at no cost to you, including free reshipment or a full refund.
  1. Policy Integration

This policy works in conjunction with our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy. If an order cannot be canceled because it has already been shipped, you may still utilize our 60-day return window once the item is delivered, subject to our standard return conditions.
