All transactions are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD). The total price, including shipping fees and applicable taxes, will be clearly displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase.

- Refund Procedures
Refunds are issued in strict accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
- Refund Method: All refunds are credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. We cannot issue refunds to a different card or bank account for security reasons.
- Refund Timeline: After we approve your return and complete the inspection, the refund is initiated. Most refunds appear in your account within 14 business days, though this may vary depending on your bank’s processing time.
- Non-Refundable Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a documented error by Recodelife (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
- Order Cancellations
As detailed in our Order Adjustment Policy, you have a 4-hour window to request a cancellation and full refund before the order enters the fulfillment stage. Once an order has been shipped, it must be processed as a return after delivery.
